The goal of the Management Consultants and Trainers Association MATRIK is the constant improvement of management quality in Poland by supporting and creating possibilities for the professional development of trainers, consultants and managers.

The association is a non-profit organization founded in 1998. It promotes modern management methods and serves as a knowledge and experience sharing platform. MATRIK also organizes meetings and conferences for managers, consultants and trainers.

The association is the only Polish organization which supports and certifies management trainers and through international cooperation creates competence standards for trainers and consultants.

Since 1999 the association runs two development programs for trainers - the Management Trainer Course and the Management Trainer School.
